:”Finding the center” . This Master class is based on blance position, standing, and arm balance.
We will start from the anatomical points of view and we will move to practical experience of standing on one foot-leg with different variation classical and non-asana. From lower parts(legs), we will then move to the upper parts of the body, becoming aware of the relation strength and flexibility in arm balance poses.
